Know where to go for hospital and urgent care in Pilar de la Horadada

The Torrevieja health department’s pages list the Pilar de la Horadada integrated health center (open 24 hours a day) with its own urgencias number, and give Torrevieja’s hospital address.

Steps

  1. Know which health department you belong to
    The Torrevieja health department’s website lists a 'Zona Pilar de la Horadada' with the Pilar de la Horadada integrated health center (C.S.I.) and three auxiliary centers (Pinar de Campoverde, Mil Palmeras, Torre de la Horadada).
  2. Use the integrated health center for urgent care
    The department’s page for the C.S.I. Pilar de la Horadada gives Carrer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez, s/n, 03190 Pilar de la Horadada, phones 966 748 355 and 965 938 990, urgencias 966 748 365, and says it is open 24 hours every day of the year.
  3. Know the hospital
    The department’s Hospital page gives the address Carretera CV 95, s/n, 03186 Torrevieja (Alacant). The department’s contact page lists 965 695 500 as its new single phone number.
  4. Call the right number in a real emergency
    For life-threatening emergencies use the regional emergency number and 112 as described on the Valencian region’s urgent-care card, not the center’s phone.
